Shipping Policy
Every price you see already includes shipping — what's shown at checkout is what you pay, no surprises added at the end.
Processing & Delivery Times
Because most items are made especially for you, timelines vary a bit by product type:
- Print-on-demand items (apparel, bags, home decor, blankets, mugs): typically 5–15 business days for production and shipping. Some seasonal/holiday items (table covers, wall calendars) may take 10–20 business days — order early for the holidays!
- Handmade jewelry (Final Release Collection): ships within 3–5 business days of your order.
- Digital downloads (journals, wall art, e-books): delivered instantly — no shipping wait at all.
Shipping Details
- Most physical items currently ship within the United States only.
- Tracking information is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
- Orders ship to the address provided at checkout. Please double-check your address before submitting — we're unable to redirect a package once it's in production.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or as unclaimed, we'll notify you by email. Reshipping requires an additional shipping charge, since the original shipping cost was already used to send the first package.
A Note on Color
We do our best to represent every color accurately, but screens vary — the color you see on your phone or monitor may look slightly different in person. Slight variations in color, print placement, or size are part of the handmade and print-on-demand process and are not considered defects.
